" so ive got something to say, that you should tell your whole squad.
if you all think that your ic is very stressed out, replacing is just 'running away' from the problem. she will be an ic another day to come, and even a ma'am when your squad steps up. what you all can do is to help her, like take the initiative [e.g. when she is asked to compile attendance etc, try to help her by telling her yourself, that you will be able to go etc, instead of just waiting for her to call you. it will make her job easier as well.] she being the ic now, will also build up her confidence as well. if she really cannot take it, then just forget about it. by the way, there is a reason as to why ics are even there in the first place. if there isnt any ic, everyone will just do things the way they like, and the situation will be very chaotic. being the ic also trains you to be someone with more initiative and responsibility. if your ic cant take this little stress, what would become of her in the future? P.S. you all are only in sec 1! yes, it may be stress being an ic, but the squad really helps alot. you all can also revise through the reporting procedures etc with her, and give her moral support. this is what a squad is for. no one stands individually. yepp it was said by ruiting ma'am. so tell your whole squad and encourage each other. as for weichi, if she really cannot take it, then ask someone else to replace hr as ic on friday."

Like vivian said,
RC mail updated details about the friday's camp.
For those who checked,
90% of the details is in the file ma'am uploaded.
But to make life easier for everyone,
I shall post them here. :D
Activity: Half-day Camp
Time: 7am - 5 pm
Duration: 10 hours (O.o)
Attire: New mufti, trackpants, spec hooks and nametag.
Standard Rules applies through out the camp. :D
In case you forgot/don't know,
The Standard Rules are:
Attire.
- Mufti worn is to be tucked in at all times.
This includes before or after activity and outside of school.
- No ABCD :
No Arguing,
Bargaining,
Complaining
or Dragging.
- School rules apply at all times.
- Shoes have to be tied with double knots at all times.
- No ankle socks are allowed.
- Spectacle hooks are to be worn throughout the whole activity.
- No jewelleries such as necklaces, bracelets and friendship bands
are to be worn unless a valid reason is given.
- Red Cross nametag to be worn at all times.
- Any other food given, such as sweets or any own food that you have,
are strictly not allowed to be consumed.
You must only eat the food provided during the meals.
- No coloured bras are allowed.
When sitting/standing.
- Fists are to be clenched and put on knees.
- Back should be straight and not leaning against the chair.
- Feet should be closed together with heels touching.
- Shoulders should be pulled back.
- Look smart and look up.
- In diam position, make sure your eyes are fixed and not moving around.
- Always stand on both legs and do not slouch.
When moving to the next destination.
1 They are suppose to run to the next destination.
2 If the floor is wet, they are to brisk walk.
3 If they need to go anywhere, they are to go in pairs.
4 Anyone found alone would be “kidnapped” by the NCOs.
These are the things you will have to bring YOURSELF:

As for the canned food, we can choose from the list below:

The thing goes like this:
>For groups with 4 members: (which is Grp1, 3&4)
-4 packets of maggi and 3 cans of food.
-Budget : $8
>For groups with 5 members: (which is Grp2, 5&6)
-5 packets of maggi and 4 cans of food.
-Budget : $10
NOTE:
(It's gonna get very complicated, so read carefully.)
The budget is for BOTH:
-the things you need to get as a group ;
-the food
BUT, only for those item(s) your group really have to buy.
If you have the items stated in both lists.
Then you dun have to buy.
Just bring it from your house.
But if your whole group don't have the item. (e.g solid fuel)
And one of you went to buy it.
You can include it in your budget.
So, the point is:
If you have the items needed at home,
Then you dun have to buy it.
But if your whole group dun have the items needed.
Go and buy it, then include it in your budget.
But the cost must not go more than the budget given.
Unless you dun want to include it in the $8/$10 budget.
Collect the receipt and pass to IC before fall-in.
PS:
The list and items I am refering to are the items in the
group item list and food list.
We are not supposed to include the items in the individual
list into the budget.
GET IT? :D
Start discussing with your group mates and prepare the stuffs.

wow. cant believe this... i am actually posting on this blog:) like this is the first time i have posted on this blog and well i have a lot to say:)
1. wow. nice job gals:) created such a cute and adorable blog:) i totally love it;D especially the sushi or bun thingy at the side!!!
2. i cant believe wei chi actually posted so many in a row... so horrifying! wei chi stop scaring me!
3. about the day/date to have the red cross charity booklets handed out, i have a suggestion;) one of us, call evryone and collect the days they can make it, then we see which day most suitable and that , best, can fit everyone inside! and i hope you will look into my great suggestions! to save the person who has nothing to do and want to call and collect the data, i can make it on weekdays other than friday and tuesday:)

This is Wei Chi...AGAIN..Ok, if there's really some squad outing cos' of the charity booklets, then i think thursday would be a better day. Monday is not so good for me but the others i m not sure. N if we need to have it, then we should have it on Thursday as ur can notify people in the same class as ur about this on Tuesday if we decide to organise it and most people should be free on Thursday as it is normally CCA day.
AND...ALWAYS REMEBER THIS...THIS SQUAD THINGY IS NOT ONLY FOR THE I/C TO ORGANISE AND DO EVERYTHING, THIS IS A WHOLE SQUAD ORGANISED ACTIVITY ...IN OTHER WORDS ALL OF US WILL DECIDE. AND.. SINCE I HAVE RAISED THIS SUGGESTION, I HOPE MAYBE SOMEONE FROM 1C3 OR ANYOTHER SEC 1 CLASS CAN CONTACT ME N TELL ME BOUT THE ARRANGE MENTS.
N ALSO, 1C3 PEOPLE CAN TELL 1C3 PEOPLE BOUT THIS N SO ON... THEN AFTER THAT WE EACH CAN PASS MESSAGES 2 A FEW PEOPLE SAYING WHETHER IT'S CONFIRMED OR NOT--IF WE NEED TO ORGANISE FIRST OF COURSE.
