" so ive got something to say, that you should tell your whole squad.
if you all think that your ic is very stressed out, replacing is just 'running away' from the problem. she will be an ic another day to come, and even a ma'am when your squad steps up. what you all can do is to help her, like take the initiative [e.g. when she is asked to compile attendance etc, try to help her by telling her yourself, that you will be able to go etc, instead of just waiting for her to call you. it will make her job easier as well.] she being the ic now, will also build up her confidence as well. if she really cannot take it, then just forget about it. by the way, there is a reason as to why ics are even there in the first place. if there isnt any ic, everyone will just do things the way they like, and the situation will be very chaotic. being the ic also trains you to be someone with more initiative and responsibility. if your ic cant take this little stress, what would become of her in the future? P.S. you all are only in sec 1! yes, it may be stress being an ic, but the squad really helps alot. you all can also revise through the reporting procedures etc with her, and give her moral support. this is what a squad is for. no one stands individually. yepp it was said by ruiting ma'am. so tell your whole squad and encourage each other. as for weichi, if she really cannot take it, then ask someone else to replace hr as ic on friday."
