u all have to copy evac notes. one page only lar. page 11 of the evac notes in the rc mail. just count to the eleventh page. cannot print or ade will personally slaughter you. write in blue pen hor. and we're having evac extra lesson on 1st nov i think frm 1.30 onwards. nt very sure. you all agree tat we revise cradle carry, semirecumbent to position zero, low n high dragging on tat day? togther with radio communicaiton revision and prac n theory mock tests?
i koe it sounds a bit too lot. so if u all think which one no need then say. i'll base on votes and tell ma'am wad shedule we want on tat day. tell me before 5pm tomoroow pls.

Here's something from the RC mail.
We are involved in the project called: Project Red Cross Love.
It's where we show our love to the less fortunate ones.
Each of us are supposed to contribute $3.
So total we will contribute $51. But the ma'ams will donate $1 to us.
We got $52 dollars in total. :D
Using the money,
We are supposed to buy food from NUTC and they have to be HALAL ones.
This is the rough guide of what to buy.


The receipts are to be kept after purchasing.
But the thing is, we are not supposed to exceed the budget given.
Also if possible, contribute/donate things that you don't want (in good state)
to them too. :D
Maybe some us can stay back together and buy the things??
I don't really know the details about it.
So yeah, thats all I know.

we were just trying to get you more involved in rc

its the hurt that made us feel discouraged,
that made us think that you are completely hopeless.

but after those months of constant efforts,
we reaped nothing from you.

yesyes, we even thought of giving up.
but we simply couldnt bear to.
& finally after that one squad outing,
we could see so so much improvement in you.

it was unbelievable, how much you actually changed,
how much we bonded.

that glimpse of light we saw in you.
at that time we thought,
yes she's changed. she's beginning to like us, trust us.

but when i received that message,
saying that horrifying news that you were leaving,
not only redcross but crescent,
that sense of extreme sadness & disappointment was just
incredibly strong and piercing.
but there seem nothing much we could do.

i think up until now,

today i'm here to send an official invitation to every single member of CRCU to attend the once-in-a-lifetime sec 4s barbeque party! it is in conjunction with our squad chalet but we honestly hope those who can turn up will attend this informal event, partly to celebrate the stepping-down and graduation of the sec4s as well.

your ex-level heads would also love to see the presence of the majority of their own squads, such as verna and yanyue for the sec1s, diana and yuhua(unable to attend though) for the sec2s and veronica and monica(she can go leh!) for the sec3s.

other than that, we would also be inviting jiahui senior's batch and madeline senior's batch. at this current moment, we have not confirmed the presence of any seniors yet.

so basically, it would be a mixture of past and present batches of cadets and NCOs!

don't think that we'll provide you with food! as our squad is utterly broke, we can only provide for our own stomachs, so see below:

you all may come earlier too, but inform us as well. if you all want, you all can also choose to come earlier and have your own squad outing at escape or wild wild wet or can swim in the swimming pool in your bikinis whereby people can look at you from below or choose to shop at white sands, or go cycling and play at the playground at pasir ris park. EXCITING!

but can't stay for too long.
so anyway, here's the details with regards to our squad outing.

Date : 9 October 2007 , Tuesday
Meeting at: 10 am, at Jurong East interchange
Attire: Casual home clothes but no skirts. :D
Need to bring:
-Money (>$20 to play safe)
-Bus card
-Extra clothes.
Not just t-shirt and pants, but undergarments too.
-Soap& Shampoo
-Towel
-Comb
-Camera :D
-Water bottle

The plan is something like this.
We will meet at Jurong East interchange
then if u all want a picnic,
we will go to the fairprice at JE to buy things we need.
If not we just make our way to ECP.
After putting our stuffs down,
we go and cycle /roller blade.
To play safe, some of us will stay back and take care of the valuables.
Then lunch at the Macdonald's.
Crap for a while. :D
Play at the sea.
Pick seashells if you want.
Then take turns to go shower, wash up.
Pack up.
Then if we are early,
We can go shopping/walk walk at Vivo city.
But need someone who knows the way to vivo.
Maybe squad dinner too?
Anyway, home sweet home. :D
