Time: 9-11 am
Fall In: 8.45 am
I/C: follow previous activity I/C
Attire: PE T-shirt, trackpants (compulsory)
Sorry but someone will have to replace me as IC as i won't be free on that day. SORRRY SORRY!

EVERYONE who missed the footdrill lesson on monday, we did Memberi Hormat Ke-Hadapan/ Ke-Kiri / Ke-kanan Hormat.
Okay I know it sounds CHIEEEM but I shall try to "break it down" into simpler stuff okay?
Translation : Salute on the March (Memberi Hormat) to the front/ right/ left/ (Ke-Hadapan/Ke-Kenan/ Ke-kiri) , Salute (Hormat)
So it's just hormat as you march lah.
This is the timing for Ke-hadapan (Front) version:
(the "mat" lands on the left leg)
CHECK ONE *BANG* ("behenti" )
CHECK UP CHECK DOWN (Salute once)
CHECK UP CHECK DOWN (Salute twice)
CHECK TURN CHECK *BANG* (Ke-belakang Pusing)
LEFT, LEFT, LEFT, RIGHT...... (Continue with the marching)
As for Ke-Kiri (Left) Version:
("mat" still land on left leg)
CHECK (Ready to salute)
UP, TWO, ( Jerk hand up to salute to the
LEFT)
THREE , FOUR, (hold on...)
FIVE, DOWN. ("Down" land on the
RIGHT leg, jerk your hand down toooooo!)
LEFT, LEFT, LEFT, RIGHT...... (Continue with the marching)
The Ke-Kenan (Right) Version:
("mat" still land on left leg )
CHECK (Ready to salute)
UP, TWO, ( Jerk hand up to salute to the
RIGHT)
THREE , FOUR, (hold on...)
